Welcome to DRVN/VHCLS, operated by DRVN Labo LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, products, and platforms, including:

  • DRVN/VHCLS: Our Real World Asset (RWA) platform for fractional ownership of vehicles.
  • DRVN Culture: Our publication covering automotive content with gamification features.
  • $BSTR Token: Our governance, rewards, and memecoin ecosystem.
  • All associated mobile applications, websites, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

 

1. Definitions

  • DRVN Labo LLC: The parent company providing the Services.
  • DRVN/VHCLS: The RWA platform offering fractionalized ownership of vehicles.
  • DAO: Decentralized Autonomous Organization, including DRVN DAO and its subordinate DAO LLCs.
  • $BSTR Token: The utility token for rewards, roles, and governance.
  • NFTs: Non-Fungible Tokens representing ownership or access rights.
  • User: Anyone accessing the Services.
  • Member: A DAO LLC shareholder holding tokenized vehicle shares.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Comply with local laws related to cryptocurrency, NFTs, and DAOs.
  • Not be a resident of jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • Users must create an account using a valid email address or supported wallets (Coinbase, Google, etc.).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • DRVN Labo LLC may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms.

4. Services Overview

DRVN/VHCLS

  • DRVN/VHCLS provides tokenized shares in vehicles via a Wyoming-registered DAO LLC. Ownership of tokens corresponds to LLC membership rights.
  • These tokenized shares do not constitute securities under U.S. law.
  • Vehicles are stored, maintained, or sold based on DAO governance votes.

DRVN Culture

  • DRVN Culture provides news, articles, videos, and other automotive media content.
  • Users may engage with and share content to earn $BSTR tokens.

$BSTR Token

  • $BSTR is a utility token used for governance, rewards, and roles within the DRVN ecosystem.
  • Holding $BSTR allows participation in DAO governance, content gamification, and other ecosystem perks.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Engage in illegal activities, including money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
  • Post or share offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Services.
  • Manipulate tokenomics or exploit system vulnerabilities.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • All content on the platform (articles, images, code) is owned by DRVN Labo LLC or its licensors.
  • NFTs and tokenized car shares represent ownership as specified but do not confer intellectual property rights to vehicles or associated content.

7. Financial Transactions and Cryptocurrency

  • Payments: Users may purchase shares, NFTs, or $BSTR tokens using supported cryptocurrencies or payment methods.
  • Fees: All transactions may include platform or gas fees.
  • Volatility: You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values can fluctuate.
  • Refund Policy: All sales of NFTs, tokens, and car shares are final.

8. User-Generated Content

  • By submitting content (comments, media), you grant DRVN Labo LLC a non-exclusive license to display and use such content.
  • DRVN Labo LLC reserves the right to moderate or remove user content that violates these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

  • DRVN Labo LLC provides the Services “as is” and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or accuracy.
  • Cryptocurrency and NFTs: We do not guarantee profits or investment returns.
  • Users acknowledge risks, including token volatility and potential loss of value.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • DRVN Labo LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
  • Total liability is limited to amounts paid by the User within the last 12 months.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
  • Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
